What should be done for the accounts considered to be transferred to the SDIF by mistake?

The beneficiary should apply to the general directorate of the relevant bank in written with the documents for the accounts considered to be transferred to the Fund by mistake, via his/her attorney or successors (copy of account book, receipt, instruction etc.) proving that prescription process has been cut, and identity documents (copy of identity card, power of attorney, certificate of inheritance, if available).

If the bank received the respective application, after the examination of its records, decides on that the account is transferred to the SDIF by mistake, the beneficiary shall claim to be refunded from the SDIF with the documents proving that prescription process has been cut.
